Please don’t leave exhausted battery in movement.

Batteries have got chemical liquid in. In case the liquid leak out, it would happen to critical damage to watch movement.
This is the main reason for breaking a quartz watch, and the broken movement must be replaced with a new one.

We use only new batteries within the expiration date, furthermore we provide 1 year guarantee for the replaced battery (if the watch stop within 1 year, we will replace to a new battery for free).

Cleaning case

Some quartz watches work more than 5 years without changing battery, so we would recommend case cleaning in this timing.

Cases are cleaned with ultrasonic machine and dried completely.
So, it takes around 2 to 3 days.

• Battery change service fee : from 300 HKD (The service fee includes replacement rubber gasket of case back and spring bars, if they need to be replaced. Special battery needs quote, e.g. lithium battery)
• Case cleaning service with the ultrasonic machine : +200 HKD
